Questions

Why new domains instead of my company domain?

Cold outreach is kept away from the domain your customers and your team email every day, so its reputation is never at stake. Each new domain can forward to your website.

How many emails can each mailbox send?

Up to 30 a day per mailbox once it is warmed up, which is the recommended maximum. The campaign editor warns you if a campaign asks for more.

What happens if I stop my plan?

Campaigns, lead lists and the reply inbox close. Your mailboxes and domains keep running, and billing, until you cancel them.

What if I cancel a domain?

Its mailboxes are cancelled with it and their billing stops the same day.

Can I refer other teams?

Yes. Every account has a referral link, and referrals who pay for a plan earn you rewards.
